Please contact our office prior to your child’s appointment to discuss your payment options. One of our qualified financial coordinators will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We want everyone to smile at Schenectady, even when it comes to paying for care. All patients are given a treatment plan and approximate cost, whether they have dental insurance or not.

Schenectady Pediatric Dentistry is proud to work with ALL private insurers and PPO dental plans and will work with you and your provider to maximize your benefits. In addition to dental insurance, we also accept payment by cash, check, major credit cards and affordable monthly payments through CareCredit for your convenience. A 5% discount is also available when you pay the total balance in full at the time of service!

Please note, the parent bringing the child to Schenectady Pediatric Dentistry is responsible for payment of all charges. We cannot send statements to other parents or guardians. We greatly appreciate your understanding and will do everything we can to work with you. Emergency treatment must be paid in full at the time of service.

At Schenectady Pediatric Dentistry, we work with all private insurers and PPO plans that offer dental coverage. So if your health or dental insurance plan includes dental coverage, there’s a good chance we can apply your plan’s benefits to your child’s treatments and services.

Our team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your insurance coverage, and we will also help with your insurance claims and related paperwork. In-network insurance providers vary by office, and we can’t make any guarantees of estimated coverage or payment from your insurance carrier, but we will work with you to try and maximize your benefits!
